Adduna also helps partners to identify trade-offs and make tough choices. After the planning stage, we prepare our partners well to take forward new strategies themselves. We may also continue our engagements to support project management and support successful implementation.

Most complex health challenges have an important policy dimension. Whether in the US or in a global setting, Adduna Health Partners works with clients to explore health challenges by conducting policy research and preparing relevant and timely landscape and policy analysis. If there is the potential for a promising policy solution, we collaborate with our partners to design a plan and pursue it together, remaining flexible to change as the landscape shifts. We foster new relationships and seek out collaborators to support our clients’ policy successes.

Adduna Health Partners uses advocacy to raise awareness, to motivate action, to mobilize resources, and to elevate often neglected health priorities. We may support our clients to develop partnerships and form coalitions to advance their advocacy objectives. At the global level, one of the key issues on which we focus is tuberculosis, the infectious disease that kills more people in the world today than any other. Within the US, an important priority is child and adolescent mental and behavioral health. Where interests align, we may collaborate with global or local champions to elevate our clients’ health priorities.

We team up with clients to develop and execute government relations strategies and tactics most likely to achieve policy success. We tailor our approach to our partners’ policy objectives, the political landscape, and to the government body with decision-making authority, whether federal, state, local or international. Adduna Health Partners also supports our clients in cultivating relationships with key decision-makers in our network to realize their goals.
